On 20 January 2021, a MoU signed between ACDR and AWCCI. The aim of this MoU is to increase coordination and mutual cooperation between two entities, provide dispute resolution services to the women enterprises, foster trade, and increase awareness between business communities regarding the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services.

Mr. Tawakool Khuram, CEO of ACDR stated that women businesses has a positive impact on international trade and also provided information on ADR’s advantages. He added “Disputes arising from contracts can be resolved at ACDR with independency, impartiality, professional and transparently and it can be resolved within a very limited time.”

Mrs. Manizha Wafiq, CEO of AWCCI appreciated the efforts of ACDR that delivering ADR services and promised that “we shall encourage women entrepreneurs to resolve their disputes via ADR and she also emphasized on the mutual cooperation between ACDR and AWCCI.”

Based on this MoU, both parties are committed to organize training programs on ADR services particularly (arbitration and mediation) and provide legal advices in regard to dispute settlement to the members of AWCCI
