Arbitration

Arbitration is one of the most fundamental activities of the Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR), which is performed according to the Arbitration Law and Arbitration Rules of the ACDR.

The center has a list of expert arbitrators, which is shared with the parties when they come to the center, and the parties can choose the arbitrator of their choice in their relative dispute.

Based on its rules and procedures, the center tries to provide arbitration services from start to finish within 90 days.
