Account settlement is one of the services offered by the Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR). According to the provisions of the Commercial Courts Act, the court sends documents to the (ACDR) to settle the financial accounts of the litigants.
The center, in collaboration with financial consulting firms, resolves settlement cases and submits a final report to the court for settlement of the case.
