Mediation

Mediation is one of the most fundamental activities of the Afghanistan Center for Commercial Dispute Resolution (ACDR), which is performed according to the applicable laws of the country and the Mediation Rules of the ACDR.

The center has a list of expert mediators, which is shared with the parties when they come to the center, and the parties can choose the mediator of their choice in their relative dispute.

Based on its rules and procedures, the center tries to provide Mediation services from start to finish within 90 days.
